Even if you have e-mailed me, please add notes to the form explaining everything you are buying,
including upgrades and special needs.

If you live in Ohio USA, remember to add 6.75% sales tax on the total for all items except for shipping costs.

If your order includes chanter reeds, tell me about your
climate if you think I may not know about it.

If your order is for a finished set, tell me your waist size, and
tell me if your arms are unusually long or short for your size.

Use the catalogue prices to calculate the cost of your items and any upgrades.

Add the shipping cost: for U.S.
orders, use the catalogue shipping price. For international orders, see
the chart of international shipping charges.

When adding small, lightweight
items like reeds, booklets or cane slips to orders for chanters and
sets, there is no extra shipping charge.

For orders of only small parts (reeds, cane, staples, etc.), please
send full payment.

For order of sets, chanters or other major components, please
send only down payment of 1/2 (50%) of total.

Remainder or balance of payment is due after
you receive shipment.
Payment must be in cheque or
bank
draft U.S. Dollars only at this time. You can also have Western Union
send me a cheque to David Daye in Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. You'll need
to email me the exact amount of the check and the code number they issue
you so that I can receive the payment.
Credit card payments can be made via PayPal without you needing a PayPal account.

Note About Shipping vs Postage Cost:
Note that time and materials are required for shipping. Total
shipping costs must therefore be higher than the actual postage or carrier
cost.
All orders are now shipping US Priority Mail ( Global Express Mail
outside the US). Faster services can be arranged by special request at
cost of postage plus shipping allowance.
